Humanity was made in the image of God and reflects Him and His character. It is fitting that humans fulfill this, not only in a moral sense, but in a way that reflects God’s rationality, order, creativity, and goodness. The ability to become educated is unique to humans, and is therefore fitting for an image bearer. Education is not merely a means to an end, but is good in and of itself.
Our teachers are focused on the child more than just the content. Our purpose in education supersedes knowledge alone, we want the telos of education to be the inculcation of wisdom and virtue. We are educating the “whole child” in partnership with parents.
